With 8 Session Tracks, How Do You Choose What to See at SugarCon?
CRM is a broad topic. There’s a lot to learn if you expect to know it all – heck, even if you don’t expect to know it all, it still can be tough amassing information sufficient enough to make decisions.
SugarCon is Less Than 5 Days Away
After months of hard work, planning, sweat – and yes, a few tears – SugarCon is almost here! I am so excited, this is my first SugarCon and I finally get to meet all of our great partners, customers and prospects in-person. It is sure to be a fun and educational week for everyone who attends. The best part? My birthday is on Saturday, so be sure to have a celebratory drink with me at one of our evening events. Drinks courtesy of Sugar :)
See you next week at SugarCon! And if you have not registered yet, what are you waiting for?
Session recommendations? Here are three I'm looking forward to
I’m starting to get emails from people coming to SugarCon asking for the sessions I think are especially important to attend and the people that are important to meet. As the session chair, I love all my sessions equally, but I do have my own biases and thus, to paraphrase Orwell, some sessions are more equal than others.
Learn, Network, Have Fun: Need I Say More?
I can't believe SugarCon is ONLY 11 days away! Everyone at Sugar is so excited to get a chance to mingle with our customers, prospects and partners and to see the fruits of labors come together. I hope if you are reading this, you have already registered, downloaded our cool SugarCon App and are planning out your schedule.
If you have not registered yet, what are you waiting for? It's going to be an event chock full of learning, networking and fun. I can't wait to see you at SugarCon 2012!

Sponsors: it's not last call, but you can see it from here!
The last call for SugarCon sponsors went out this week and created a stampede of new sponsors! They’re lining up to get the last booths available and causing a mad scramble on our part to re-configure the floor plan to accommodate the hordes.
In just the past week we’ve seen seven more sponsors send their contracts and request their spots. We have some great new integrations with Sugar from companies like Lucid Imagination, UserVoice, Twilio and Zift and some solid returning integration friends in companies such as ClickTools, Fonality and ZenDesk.
Lithium's Wu: cutting through the data to reveal the science of relationships
If you do any reading of the pertinent CRM blogs, you’ve probably already read a lot of really smart people writing about how smart Michael Wu is. Michael is the principal scientist at Lithium, and his understanding of what goes into measuring the value of influence and relationships is leaps and bounds beyond that of most people.
The Final Countdown to SugarCon
The premiere CRM event of the year. The brightest minds in the business. The best cocktails in San Francisco. I'm in--are you?
The Importance of the Hallway Track
I've been to lots of conferences over the past few years all over the world, and the number one thing I use to judge a conference by what is known as "The Hallway Track." No, this isn't some hidden room for special VIPs and those "in the know." It is that organic track that develops from the attendees all intermingling and discussing the ideas coming from the various breakout sessions.
Learn How to Use SugarCRM to Better Engage Internal and External Audiences at SugarCON
Earlier this week, I fielded a request from a customer for a list of SugarCON sessions that would help them leverage SugarCRM as a platform to better engage with internal and external audiences.
Awesome question! It didn’t take me long to see that this is a topic that will be extremely well covered at SugarCON this year.
For your perusing pleasure, here’s the list of sessions that hit this topic broken down by session-type:
